Individual creative recovery
Although working in groups and classes can be a wonderful and exciting way to explore creative recovery, sometimes working individually can jumpstart the process or allow for deeper emotional work.
Rates for individual creative recovery sessions
$75.00 per session
What to expect
Individual sessions are 50 minutes each. The focus of sessions will be tailored to the participant's individual needs.
A first session will generally consist of creative interventions focused on assessing how the participant may be creatively blocked and addressing underlying emotional components. Participant will also receive "homework" to be done outside of session to encourage continued progress.
